Our automated system will call your loved one for up to four times a day, and from as little as one day to as much as seven days a week.
You schedule when to call and what type of call you need.
We send you a text message or a phone call if your loved one does not answer our call or if they answer the call but do not respond by pressing 1.
If your loved one presses 3 we will connect with you immediately.

We faithfully call your loved one, and notify you if they don't answer the phone or don't respond by pressing 1 or 3.
